SEEPEX introduces standardised pump skid package

SEEPEX has launched FlexSkid, a standardised pumping package that combines progressive cavity pump technology, integrated controls and a mobile skid in a single solution.

Developed to simplify the specification and procurement of industrial pumping systems, FlexSkid is designed to reduce the engineering effort and lengthy consultation processes often associated with bespoke skid projects.

Rather than designing each system from scratch, SEEPEX has developed a standardised platform that allows customers to identify a suitable configuration based on a relatively small number of application parameters. This approach is intended to shorten the time between initial enquiry, quotation and delivery, while providing greater certainty over project schedules.

The package combines a pump, controls and mobile skid, providing flexibility in how and where the system can be deployed. By using a common platform with different pump technologies, SEEPEX aims to cover a broad range of applications without the need for extensive project-specific engineering.

For hygienic applications, FlexSkid is available with SEEPEX BCSB and BCSO pumps, making it suitable for food and beverage processing and other hygiene-sensitive environments.

Industrial configurations use the company’s BN series progressive cavity pumps, with potential applications including chemical processing, water and wastewater treatment, pulp and paper production, tank transfer and general industrial conveying duties.

For more complex applications requiring additional instrumentation, advanced automation, alternative materials or other modifications, SEEPEX continues to offer fully engineered skid solutions tailored to individual requirements.
