ERIKS brings its technical knowledge to the Water Equipment Show

ERIKS Industrial Services will be showcasing its reliability services and engineering capabilities for the water and wastewater industries on Stand F128 at The Water Equipment Show, Telford, on 15th May 2025.

ERIKS meets the current challenges of those working in the water and wastewater sector in many ways. Through its Flow Control and Engineering Centres of Expertise, the company is able to re-engineer and re-scope OEM equipment (such as pumps, valves, gearboxes and motors) and, with service centres across the UK, it’s possible to get work done locally to fit in with the necessary time scales.

ERIKS can support customers in areas such as applying coatings to bring pumps back from the brink or wet test products at its Norwich and Leeds sites.

Alongside its engineering workshops, ERIKS will also be introducing its new reliability service at The Water Equipment Show. Particularly suited to the sector, because of the number of assets to be monitored, the large physical area to be covered, and the difficult-to-access locations, the new reliability service is a combination of remote sensor technology, automated data capture, data analysis and hands-on condition monitoring services.

The new service has three different tiers, but it is anticipated that water sector customers will be operating at the professional tier that is fully managed by ERIKS, and includes installation, proactive monitoring, and continuous support. The service provides real-time data collection and detailed analysis, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed swiftly. ERIKS’ engineers monitor status alerts, analyse data as needed, and work with the end user to develop and execute a plan of action, minimising disruption and ensuring operational efficiency. The professional tier leverages ERIKS’ Smart Asset Management platform, a cloud-based tool that combines advanced analytics with an intuitive dashboard displaying actionable insights in real-time.

ERIKS will also be working alongside pump manufacturer Verder at The Water Equipment Show, and one of its dosing pumps will be on the stand, as well as one of its pump experts to discuss applications and technical issues.
